What is the difference between static guarding and mobile patrol?
A static guard is on your site for the whole shift. Mobile patrol visits on a schedule and covers several properties in a run. Static costs more because you are paying for continuous presence, so it suits sites that need someone there at all times. If patrol would cover you properly, we will say so.
What are your minimum hours?
That depends on the site and the shift pattern. Tell us the hours you need covered and we will quote against them, rather than pushing you to a fixed block that does not fit.
Will it be the same guards each shift?
Wherever scheduling allows, yes. Consistency matters because a guard who knows your building spots what is out of place. Every site also has a written post order so cover does not collapse when a regular guard is off.
Are your guards licensed?
Yes. Every guard holds an individual BC security licence and we are licensed under the BC Security Services Act. You are entitled to verify that before hiring us, and we encourage it.
Can guards handle reception duties as well?
Yes. Many clients use a single post for front-desk reception and access control together, which usually works out more economical than staffing the two separately.
