Alarm Response in Surrey | A Guard at Every Alarm

When your alarm goes off, we send a guard. They check the site, find out what happened, and send you a written report. You do not have to wait on police or guess what set it off.

Our services

What we do when your alarm goes off

Every activation attended

No triage by phone and no judgement calls about whether it is worth attending. If the alarm triggers, a guard is dispatched.

On-site verification

The guard walks the perimeter and the affected zone, establishes whether there has been an entry or an equipment fault, and confirms what actually happened.

Key holding included

We hold your keys securely and use them to check the interior when required. It is part of the service, never billed back as a separate line item.

Secured before we leave

Doors and windows re-secured, lighting and alarm re-armed where possible, and the site left in a known state rather than open and unattended.

Written incident report

Time of activation, time of arrival, what was found and what was done, filed so you can see it rather than hearing it second-hand days later.

Escalation and liaison

If there are signs of forced entry we stay on site, contact you, and liaise with police or your emergency contacts to your instructions.

Getting started

How it works

01

The alarm activates

Your monitoring provider or your own system notifies our dispatch line, which is answered around the clock by our team.

02

Nearest guard dispatched

The closest available unit on a Surrey route is sent, which is why we position guards and vehicles locally rather than regionally.

03

The site is verified

Perimeter and affected zone checked on foot, interior checked where key holding applies, cause established where it can be.

04

You get the report

Times, findings and actions written up and filed, including photographs where something was found.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens when my alarm goes off?

We are notified, the nearest available guard is dispatched, and the site is physically checked. You receive a written report covering the time of activation, the time of arrival, what was found and what was done.

We commit to a real, measurable response time for every Surrey property we cover, agreed with you in writing when the contract is set up, rather than a vague promise of fast service. Because our guards and vehicles are positioned in Surrey, that commitment is one we can actually hold to.

No. Key holding is included as standard, stored securely and logged whenever it is used. Some providers bill it separately; we do not.

The guard still attends, still verifies the site, and still files a report. Repeated activations from the same cause get flagged to you, because a recurring fault is usually cheaper to fix than to keep responding to.

No. Where there are signs of a break-in or a person on site, police are contacted and we liaise with them. What alarm response adds is someone attending every activation and confirming what happened, rather than waiting on availability.
